Because FlexStarter products are electronic devices intended for event and training use, we ask customers to review their orders carefully before purchasing.

Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Opened or used electronic equipment may not be eligible for return unless it is determined to be defective.

Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
